How It Works

You must return your order to our distribution center within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for any shipping charges and re-stocking fees if they apply. All returned products must be in the original packaging.  The Money Back Guarantee will not be issued if you fail to meet these requirements.

Make Sure You Get a Return Authorization Number

You are responsible for return shipping. Please contact Customer Care to cancel your service and obtain a return authorization number. A refund check will be cut and sent to you within 30 days of return. Products returned without a valid return authorization number will not be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
